As a sound mixer for TV and film, I needed a protective cover for my mix cart. This required some atypical customizations, but ALCO stepped up and made it happen. The cover arrived today and it’s exactly what I needed. The logo imprint makes it even better. Not only is my cart protected when not in use, it has a clean, professional look when it rolls out on set. The price for this customized cover was extremely reasonable. The quote estimated that the order would take 7-10 business days, but after hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, I reached out by email and eventually via live chat to see what was going on. From final approval of the design to the order being shipped, it was actually closer to 3 weeks. Customer service live chat was responsive, though, and helped locate updated information while also prodding their production plant to get the order out the door. In all, this was a great purchase and a company I’d recommend for any custom covers.
