While I believe that these covers work well and are high quality material, I had a terrible experience with the service team. I was sent a cover with the wrong dimensions even though I provided a clear photo with dimensions called out. When I contacted the team to see if we could get a new cover sent, I was told I'd have to pay for a whole new cover. Then I was told that I was the one in the wrong for not providing enough detail, when I had provided the exact level of detail in a previous order, and that cover was manufactured correctly. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
