First of all, this is a real review from a real customer - no incentives were offered or accepted. Alco exceeded our expectations! We ordered a custom cover for our new swing daybed. It is a custom piece of furniture with very specific design details. Monica and her production team worked with me on several drafts until the layout was perfect. They were very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to be sure they had a full grasp of the project. I have to admit I was nervous about the finished product because there were so many specific measurements that were necessary to ensure a perfect fit.. They completed the cover in a matter of days, shipped it and we received the finished piece yesterday. It was PERFECT. The cover will protect an expensive piece of outdoor furniture and we will have years of enjoyment without worrying about rain damage. We live in Florida where rainy season last for about 11 months, and hurricanes/tropical storms are a regular occurrence. It was the best investment and using Alco was a great choice.
