I ordered a Custom Cover for my window air conditioner. When it arrived it was the wrong size. After sending them an email I was told that The bottom of the cover was the open end and not the end against the window. I see no where on the web site that it states this and after another response I was told they would not replace this because I never stated it was for an air conditioner. I used the template they provided.
