As a supplier being asked to upload relevant documents to the portal, Alcumus have requested an upfront payment of £1700 and 2 weeks on and we have still not received any log on facility, nor has our account been set up - despite chasing which has needed to be over email owing to the delays in trying to fruitlessly get through over the phone.
Apparently this is an IT issue.... I have needed to check the company's credentials to ensure that we have not been a victim of fraud.
