At the Niagara Falls, NY location is a cashier who is consistently rude to customers. Today she shut down the kiosk register right as I walked up to it, I saw her look at me when she did it too as she had no customers in her line. Mind you this is a store that consistently has issues with having scanning guns and guns that work. This wasn't the cashiers only problem, she told me that the store prefers when customers unload all their groceries and scan them one by one, mind you I had a flat of 24 cans of cat food plus at least a dozen other items. There would not have been room on the little shelf even if I had wanted to needlessly unload and reload my cart. It's appalling that Aldi's wants customers to use the self-checkout and then makes it difficult to do so and to top it off hires a cashier that is rude to customers.
