Customer service in Berlin MD store was horrible, referring to the male cashier and female manager on duty!!..I had a issue with my card and the cashier also overcharged me on a few items, but had a very careless attitude when I returned to the store to settle the problem...The Store manager was very rude and although she proceeded to address my issue, she was making statements about them trying to close up the store for the day, making me feel as if I was inconveniencing them when they are the ones who made the error,...she was rushing and throwing my items around roughly as if she didn't want to be bothered..there was no reason for them to treat me in that manner, I was not rude or upset but they continued to be unprofessional!!..
