Thank you! Once my dad pushed the button, everything went into motion so smoothly. Since he is deaf in both ears, all had to do was push the button and you took care of the rest - notifying me and my sister, the police department, ambulance, etc. She was rushed for what really looked like a heart attack, but thankfully was a pinched nerve underneath her shoulder blade that radiated down her left arm. She is resting comfortably. First Alert is worth its weight in gold. Thank you again!
