Normally when Mother ("Clara") falls, the operator calls 911 for the Fire Department to help her get up, as well as calling the contact person. But in this case, the operator (If I understand correctly) called the contact person but did not call the Fire Department also. When I asked him to please go ahead and call (because Mother is too heavy for my sister-in-law to pick her up), he did so, and that is fine. This isn't a complain, so much as just the desire to communicate that the FireDept should always be called if she is on the floor. Otherwise, Many, MANY thanks for all you do!
