My Mother's Medical Alert system quit working properly two or three months ago.. According to Medical Alert they were no longer receiving a signal from the Medical Alert Box that they had sent to my mother, and therefore, the system was inoperable. After several phone calls to the company, they were unable to remotely fix the system. Even though they promised return calls with additional assistance, none were made. They refused to send a new signal sending Box, and further refused to send a repairperson. My Mother still has the system and it does not work. No solution has been offered by the company.
