The 911 people were there in great time. Thank you. This is her son Tom Willey. I was notified that she had fallen and help was on the way. I was told Brookdale (where she is at) was called but when I called them they said they weren't notified of her fall. The 911 people were there in great time but do you call the assisted living facility 1st or 911 people?
