You had my mothers address wrong. It took way to long for the ambulance to get here. 911 had to call us to get the proper address.
She was also suppose to get a new machine. Her current machine has been flashing low battery since she has been here (March 2015). I don't know if you tried to send a new one and and it was returned because you had the wrong address.
The address was given to you over the phone, maybe it should have been through an email.
