Genevieve doesn't have an email; but I'm answering this survey for her (Valerie Zane). Your response once the button was pressed was immediate and everyone on Genevieve's emergency list was immediately called with EMT's on their way. Our connection was broken but the responder quickly called my phone (Valerie Zane) to follow up. We're very happy with the service; this is the first time she's had to use it. Genevieve is fine. She had vertigo which the EMT's determined. She took prescription meds for vertigo at home. She was not hospitalized but went to doctor that afternoon. Genevieve did not initially press her emergency button but called me first. Luckily I was home and ran over to help. Then she pressed her button. This reluctance to press the button immediately when she needs help concerned me.
