This is her daughter, Sue. I purchased the alert for my mom as she lives upstairs in my house and is alone all day because my husband and I work full-time. We have had it for years and this is the first time she has had to use it. The ambulance arrived well before I would have and handled her nose bleed. Mom felt better to have had someone check her out and I felt better knowing she was in good hands. Thank you for your professionalism and quick care to my Mom. Side note: Her elder sister used Alert 1 about 5 years ago and they at first saved her life and the second time they were called, got an ambulance to arrive in time to perform CPR and get her to the hospital.
