Mother was able to activate the button. Had issues with operator being able to hear her (this feedback provided by mother). Service did call both my wife and my cell. Mother broke her hip and is still in hospital. We will continue service but will conduct test when she is able to return home. Her watch band will also need to be replace since it broke during fall and needs to be replaced.
