I ordered this Alert 1 system for my mother, who is 90, and took a fall recently. She's still in her house alone most of the day, but has some support between family and an Aide since then. The Alert 1 has been a God-send because even though it has gone off for reasons of sensitivity of movement, the people at Alert 1 are simply amazing, caring and doing a phenomenal job when they call to make sure she is ok. I've been at the house numerous times when it's been activated (not because of a fall, thank goodness) and the Alert 1 personnel are kind, considerate, "on task" every time and just wonderful people. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to know that their loved one, who is a fall risk, just needs a little help when you are not there.
