Alert 1 has been working very well for me. Just yesterday I was on my way home from Upstate NY, the Plattsburgh area, visiting my son and his family. We didn't hear our phones ring but when checking saw that there were Alert 1 voicemails from you. All of our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd emergency #'s were called and my daughter was able to call you back and tell you that all was ok. My great grandchildren must have pushed it accidentally while giving me a hug goodbye. I'm forever grateful that the system obviously works. Thanks for being on top of things.
