Michael was without service since last Friday 6/17 until today. However, with the new Kelsey button, it took 3 times of not connecting before it finally connected to emergency service. That was about 8 pm or so. The emergency told me to contact you. At 9pm I retested it for Michael and it went through but I am concerned that we are only in month 2 and have been without service and there was a problem with the 2nd button. Just letting you know.
