Ann (my mom) is very grateful that she could press the button and you immediately called for help. Then you contacted my sister and brother-in-law (who weren't immediately available) and then me, and I was able to call my mom and comfort her over the phone until the paramedics arrived. The paramedics were able to take care of her needs right there at her home, and she didn't need to go to the hospital. Thanks for your quick response.
