I am Hubert's daughter across the country. I purchased the alert for my dad. The system worked great on Saturday. My dad was unable to walk while home alone, so he pressed the button and he could hear your calling him but couldn't get to the phone. Right away, the paramedics and fire arrived and he was taking to the ER where he was diagnosed with a severe infection that caused the weakness. Thank you so much.
