My father fell and hit his head. There was no help from you. I called when I got his system and explained that I had ordered the remote system and had received the land line system. I was told the correct unit would ship and I could send back the incorrect one at no charge. I have not received the new one. I received a call from the company after I sent this rating in. They were VERY helpful in resolving all of my issues. Sent a new unit, corrected all my information and were veryresponsible. I believe that their willingness to handle problems is really more important than selling a product. I was VERY impressed and appreciative .
