I (next of kin) was called on my cell phone, which had been turned off, but then they tried again on my landline and reached me. I would say the response time for help to arrive was about 15 minutes after the button was pressed, which I think is very good. I live about 50 miles away, so I could not help. Fortunately, my cousin Jan had only fallen and wasn't hurt but couldn't get up herself. Your people came in and helped her up, checked her out and put her in her walker. By then I had called her part-time caregiver who showed up before the responders left. We all agree that the system works! And I thank you very much for being there for her.
