I am writing this review for my mother. She has a pendant with fall protection that she wears around her neck. There are times that she will activate the button by mistake but even when she does the operators are friendly and quick to respond to make sure she is ok. A few nights ago she called me and woke me up to tell me that her blood sugar was reading 400 and that she was in bad shape. I told her to press her button and headed to her house. I received a call from your staff alerting me of the dispatch and situation as I was leaving. When I arrived 10 minutes later emergency services were already on scene treating mom. Thank you so much!
