They notified everyone that is a contact even though the person that needed help was able to speak to the alert1 person. They still notified each contact of her situation and what they did in responding. In this case it ended up not being a real emergency but since she recently had heart surgery the pain she was experiencing happen to be located on her left side which sent her into a panic mode. The first contact happen to show up before a ambulance was dispatched and alert1 was able to notify them to cancel it. I was very pleased with the service. I was the second contact and was aware of the situation before I left for work but they called me when I got to work and told me what had transpired and the outcome and if I would of disagreed with the decision they would of sent the ambulance. We received excellent service and don't think it could of turned out in better in they way they handle every part of our situation in my opinion.
