I purchased this for my 82 year old father who has frequent falls and it has been a life saver! The only complaint my father has is the button seems to be very sensitive and he has pressed it accidentally a couple of times. When this happens he cannot get to the box fast enough to cancel. It would be nice if he could cancel the request right from the activation button he wears around his neck.
