When Mom accidentally activated her alert yesterday, she got a call right away to assess the situation. It was a false alarm and everything was fine. Soon after I left her, she actually did fall (a soft fall on the carpet). I was notified and told the operator I would go right back and check her as she lives just down the street. While I was there, he called back to confirm all was OK. Mom has arthritis in her knees and it's very difficult for her to get up. She was not hurt and didn't require emergency services, just a helping hand to get up. :-) But I appreciate the quick responses and follow-up and am very confident should she actually need emergency services, the response will be immediate as well.
