They did not advise me that they had reached my contact. i had to use my button 2nd time to ask if anyone was coming. This should be standard practice for piece of mind.
Rather than saying at the end of conversation, "Remember to push your button in case of an emergency", why not just close with Thank you for choosing Alert 1. I'm not $300.00 plus a year just for the heck of it, obviously I have the alarm system to use for an emergency and don't need to be told to push a button. I am physically disabled not mentally but that's how I am made to feel every time I test my service.
