The green egg was a Xmas gift so not had a lot of use due to weather. My big disappointment is the significant lack of instruction and cooking ideas for something that my kids shelled out over £1200 for. I have figured it out by you tube tuition videos and other sites for recipes. It makes you feel like once you have the egg you don't want or need ongoing customer interaction. My ongoing relationship for recipes and accessories is now with other suppliers as a result.
