If you can’t poop for 40 years, like me, take even one every morning on an empty stomach. On the 3rd day, by noon time, I can poop. It’s a miracle! I have an intolerance to salacylates, which is in Palm/coconut. So if you have that condition, be careful if you are going to try these. They work, unlike BodyBio’s butyrate pills. I think if I could take just one pill everyday in the morning before food, I would be able to go to the bathroom everyday like a normal healthy person.
