Products are the best I’ve ever used but the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. 2 weeks or more from Germany to Ireland. We have family in Germany and normally only a couple of days to deliver a gift. Also dispatching from the company to courier needs to be seriously addressed.
In conclusion, great products terrible service provided.
