My first package arrive bursted and the contents had all spilled out. It was a glass and mirror spray. I emailed (little find)and sent pictures of damaged parcel. They e mailed me back within a very short time apologising and assured me a new one would be sent. It arrived within two or three days. Great service much appreciated and recommend them highly.
