It’s a CON It’s a CON! Allbeauty advertise free samples with every order and refuse to send any on a £200+ order. Emailed customer service and was told “I didn’t select free samples at the checkout” which is rubbish as there is no option to select free samples at the checkout. When we challenged this they then changed their story to “samples are only available when we have stock. At present, we have no samples available” So the story keeps changing, which means this company is false advertising, lying to its customers and have no integrity. We are returning the items unopened as probably fell off the back of a lorry and certainly not going to chance it. Scam of a company BEAWARE!
