Brilliant communication from Martin throughout the day, and he even went out of his way to accomodate me in regards to issues I was having about getting the carpet into my flat and worked with myself and my fitter to come up with the best plan of action that worked for all of us. Much appreciated. Really set my mind at ease and was extremely helpful. Thank you :)
Would definitely use again, and recommend to friends. Not just for the quality and cost of the carpet, but for the people who work there as well.
