The service received from the company both on the phone and over the internet for ordering was extremely good. I was given advice on the products and how the order would proceed. The fitter [Simon] and his colleague were first class taking a lot of trouble to ensure that the patterned carpet was laid very well. I was also surprised how quickly the order was completed. We have already received complements on how the carpet looks and how well it has been laid. Many thanks.
