I've been very impressed with allfloorsexpress. Firstly I found the carpet I wanted £5 a metre squared cheaper than anywhere else. But the customer service has been great. The carpet was delivered quickly and with regard to the times I was able to be at home. Then we had a problem with part of the carpet having a defect, I emailed them and received an immediate apology and within a day more carpet had arrived. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Great service great price great quality and I'll definitely use them again.
