At present I have only ordered samples, initially one which was received the next day. Following a phone call to the company I ordered further samples which again were received the nex day. I am obviously impressed with the service and the fact that staff are contactable via the phone, which is not always the case with online services. Were they not I would not deal with the company. The prices offered are excellent compaired with the High Street and the 100% wool product appears as good too. Therefore in view of the above I will be placing an order once the room is ready for carpeting.
