As someone who doesn't order things online this has been a positive experience. We were try to match carpet to the rest of the house, so asked could I send a sample. Yes I could, samples came in a couple of days. and once carpet was ordered it arrived in 4. Any emails or phone calls were always returned in less than 24 hours.
