Your driver/operator need to consider there working environment and not block a road off when delivering at 5.00pm , he was rude when asked to move blaming your customer, that he was told to park across a thoroughfare and F everyone!!!! he made us and 5 other cars, delivery van wait 25 minutes before he would move, this turned into an argument then stated we were blocking him!! Dam right rude and ignorant, your customer stated that the delivery should have been at 2.00pm, and was 3 hours late, which the residents on little miss farm estate had to suffer for this delay and br treated with arrogance!!!!!
