My husband called up and explained the problem in detail - our oven was broken and were they able to fix it? they said yes. We were charged £100 to be told 'our oven was broken and there was nothing they could do to repair it! On top of that, they then charged us £15 for ULEZ and parking. To be fair when I contested this charge (there was a driveway to park in and we were not told upfront we would get a ULEZ charge) they took £15 off the final bill. I sent a private email explaining I was unhappy with their service as why did they just go to tell us what we already knew (we were expecting them to at least see if they could fix it!) but got nothing in response. I got an automated rate our services email, which is why publically I am sharing that I was dissatisfied with their service. I won't be using them again.
