This is the worst Company I had the misfortune to ever deal with. I lost my keys so had the 4 locks replaced one been upvc double glazed french door the others wooden and rest single uPVC doors. The cowboy engineer adjusted the french doors and the next day I noticed there was a gap in the door so I contacted the company the engineer came again he adjusted the door to close the gap now the door won't lock it locks when door is open but not closed I contacted the company again now they are saying the doors need alignment and I have to pay for it. I paid £635 so it wasn't cheap it is there engineer who misaligned the door as the doors were fitted new only last month Nd they were already locked when I lost the keys. They are conning people do not use them. They give you 6 months guarantee but it means nothing.
