BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I needed a locksmith at night and was quoted 150 + VAT and NO CALL OUT FEE. The man who attended quoted a higher price to break the lock and demanded a call out fee. I was desperate and needed my door unlocked. He took less than 5 minutes and charged £328. I contacted the company and they did not respond. This is clearly a method that they use to overcharge people who are in a desperate situation. I will be contacting trading standards and take legal action.
