Scam company - I had the same experience as I see others describe here, added call out fee at the last minute when you need access (in my case to my car with my dog locked inside). I was not quoted a call out fee, and I now see the website states “no call out fees”. Use one of the many legitimate trusted locksmiths out there, not these scammers.
