I employed All Services 4 U to complete an EICR report on a property I am purchasing. What I received was completely incorrect, so much so that even a lay person could easily tell. The report I received only noted 3 reccommedations of improvements to the electrics when I knew there was bare wiring, loose fittings and wiring that had not been replaced in 50 years. I later had another company repeat the report and they found one item that was immediately dangerous to life, 23 items that needed urgent correction and 3 items that were recommended for improvement. The new electrician also noted that the readings included in the report from All Services 4 U were actually impossible and must have been made up. All Services 4 U promised to revisit the property and redo the report but they failed to do this. To their credit they did refund me for the incorrect report however it took a long time for the company to engage with me properly about this. I am leaving this review because the report they produced was so wrong as to be dangerous if it had been taken at face value and I wouldn't want this to happen to another customer. Please be very wary when employing this company.
