Total scam. The locksmith they sent out was either incompetent or taking advantage of my desperate situation. He didn't troubleshoot and went straight for the most expensive option of drilling the lock, stating it was the only choice and leaving me with a hefty bill of £300+. This could have been avoided if he had simply asked a couple of basic questions and realised it wasn't necessary to drill anything. On top of that, he charged me £120 for 5 extra keys, which is extortionate.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.
