Jacob was the best plumber I have worked with. He was personable and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but also about our condo building’s history and warranties, which he looked up before arriving. He knew our equipment was still under warranty and replaced a faulty part on our pump quickly and efficiently with no charge to us. He explained everything he did and everything in the equipment room was back in order and tidy when he left. Goode, this guy is a keeper and reflects on your business very well.
