He called the day before to confirm that our appointment was still possible, and he arrived on time and prepared to work. The entire process took maybe thirty minutes and he was very thorough in his work, making sure the lock would provide the strongest seal with the door and taking the time to explain the various types of keys he could make and the level of security each one offers.
