Nightmare. That's what this has been. I ordered a silver rattle for my new grandson on April 7, 2024. It is May 27, and they have still not received it. None of my many emails to the company have been answered. When I called the company last week, the person who answered the phone assured me the rattle had been delivered just that day. No, it hadn't. My son said he received a note from the post office that the item lacked $5 in postage and was being held at the post office for him to come pick up and pay for. Are you kidding me? I buy a $100 baby rattle and 50 days later the company still cannot manage to deliver it. Plus they lied to me. Never ever do business with this horrible company.
