I was ordering team jerseys with a short deadline. I placed my order was walked through shipping options and my order was to be delivered well ahead of my deadlines me. However, one of my players wrote the wrong size and called me the next day telling me about this wrong size jersey he wrote down. I called all sports and the lady was awesome. She tracked my order and found it, then placed the correct jersey size in the order and walked it to the shipping department and put it in my outgoing box. Truly appreciate the effort and easy way it was handled. Thank you
