I Called the evening before to make sure we were set up and on time The car was one hour late unmarked and unidentifiable While the driver was polite , drove safely and quickly we were still late for our 1st meeting. This is not acceptable as this was an important meeting and my client does not care the car service failed me, he only cares his valuable time was wasted. While they said traffic was bad everyone who was waiting for other services were long gone as well as those arriving on flights later than ours. I did everything in my power to make sure I was covered and was let down by Allstate.
