I paid to have a driver come into the airport to wait for us and help us with bags but they called me to meet him outside. He was on time but I paid extra for the extra service which I didn't get and needed. Also my kiddo was sick from our flight and the driver was tailgating so much that he threw up again in the car thankfully we had puke bags. The rest of us were also carsick from the drivers aggressive breaking. It was a rough ride. The only reason I gave them a 5 is because the driver was polite, on time and tried to help us book the next transfer.
